The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with said rules. The arbitration venue shall be in Jakarta, Indonesia. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrators’ decision shall be final and binding on all parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • Exceptions to Arbitration: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, provided that the action is within the monetary limits and jurisdiction of such court.
  • Opt-Out of Arbitration: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending us a written opt-out notice within thirty (30) days of your first use of the Site or the date these Terms are last updated, whichever is later. The opt-out notice must be sent to [email protected] and must clearly state your decision to opt out of the arbitration provision.
